Avisenza

Terms of Service

Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Who we are

Avisenza is online software for businesses in Canada and the United States: customer review requests, follow-up of unhappy customers and work platforms built for each trade (salon, restaurant, auto repair, construction, clinic, etc.). The Avisenza service is called "Avisenza" or "we" in these terms.

Contact us: aide@avisenza.ca.

2. Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and applicable taxes.

Prices are shown on our website and at sign-up. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

3. Subscription and free trial

Avisenza is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, renewed automatically until cancelled.

A 30-day free trial is offered, with no credit card. Your subscription only starts if you choose to pay at the end of the trial.

You can cancel at any time. Access stays active until the end of the period already paid. See the Refund Policy.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your passwords confidential and for the access you give your staff.

You agree to use Avisenza in accordance with applicable laws, including privacy laws, anti-spam laws (in Canada, CASL; in the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act and the TCPA) and the rules of your trade.

5. Reviews, emails and texts to your customers

You only send review requests, promotions or text messages to customers who did business with you and, where the law requires it, who consented. Promotions are never sent to a customer who has not accepted them.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link and every text message the word "STOP". An unsubscribe request is honoured automatically.

Avisenza never posts reviews on behalf of your customers and does not filter public reviews: the choice to post a review always belongs to the customer.

6. Your data and your customers' data

The information you and your customers enter into Avisenza belongs to you. You are responsible for your customers' information; Avisenza processes it only on your behalf, to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time from your account.

7. Availability and liability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Avisenza is a work tool: reminders about the laws and rules of each province or state are provided for information only and are not legal advice. You remain responsible for your documents, prices, taxes and obligations to your customers.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. For any significant change, we will notify you in advance by email or in the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any rights that the law of your province or state gives you and that cannot be waived.
